Palm Wine, known as 'Nkwu Elu','Emu Ogidi', is the most traditional specie of palm wine among Africans made from Raffia Palm Trees. In Nigerian culture, the palm-wine is a tool of social continuity with social and cultural values. The drink is served during casual visits, gatherings, formally at coronations and festivals, and also for relaxation.
